Updating your account details as an organisation contact

Here you will find advice on how to change your log in details if you are registered as an organisation contact.

How can I change my log in details? 

  1. Log into your Reach account and go to your dashboard
  2. Choose the Manage Account tab on the left side panel of your dashboard
  3. Click on the Account details tab. On this page you can change:
  • Your password
  • Email address
  • First and last name
  • Display name
  • Your newsletter preferences
  1. Make the changes and click Save.  If you want to change either your email address or your password, you will need to enter your current password.
