Setting up a new user account
When you want to create an organisation profile so you can post opportunities, you first need to register a new user account. This takes only a few seconds, and will set your login details for future visits.
How do I create a new user account as an organisation?
- Visit the Register as an organisation page.
- Enter your name and email address.
- Create a display name - this can be any handle or phrase you like, but remember it will show to volunteers when you’re talking to them on Reach.
- Click ‘Join’.
5. You should then receive an email to the email address you signed up with, with a one-time link to create your new password.
6. Click this link and complete the short form to finalise your account.
7. Once you submit this form, you will be able to log in to your new account.
On the dashboard inside your account, you’ll see a notification to ‘Create a profile or join an existing organisation’.
