Jane is CEO of ACEVO and previously held the role of CEO of NAVCA for four years. She was made an OBE in 2021 for her services to charity and to volunteering. Jane is also a trustee of the Access Foundation for Social Investment.
Deborah joined Reach in 2022. She is a qualified chartered accountant and experienced Board Director. She is also a finance and governance training expert delivering on the Chartered Director Programme of the Institute of Directors.
Gus is an experienced leader in the small charity sector, successfully and simultaneously tackling a variety of roles. This includes CEO at the Stonegrove Community Trust, trustee at Reach and Victoria Hall Harrow, consultant, plus occasional volunteer coach, photographer and chef.
Priyanka has a background in engineering and design, and works as a Senior Innovator at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity. Previous roles include Director of Strategy at the London Screen Academy, focused on diversifying the Film and TV industry.
Saskia is a diversity and inclusion practitioner, and is Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Depop. Previously, she has held D&I roles at Hachette UK and global FTSE 100 company Informa. Her academic background includes a focus on globalisation, diversity and the workplace.
Rachell has a background in marketing and communications with experience in the public, private and charity sector. She has worked in commercial radio and for the BBC where she was Head of Marketing for BBC Radio 2, 6 Music and 5live as well as helping older and disabled people switch to digital.
Karwai is a service designer, user researcher, and digital anthropologist with over eight years of experience leading and facilitating service design projects. After joining Reach as a volunteer user researcher in 2020, she later became a first-time trustee to help its approach to user-centred design.
