We’re the UK's first mastectomy tattoo charity, looking for a passionate and proactive Volunteer PR & Media Officer to help us grow our visibility across multiple sectors, on both a micro and national level. 

What will you be doing?

Unique in our approach, we are looking for someone to help amplify our voice within multiple sectors, including the breast cancer community, medical tattoo community and wellness industries as well as with the general public.

We’re a small but growing team, and we’re ready to be louder.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in PR or media communications whowants to contribute to meaningful, inclusive work in the charity sector.

  • Voluntary Unpaid Remote, within the UK
  • Minimum commitment of 6 months
  • 4 hours per week (part-time)
  • Travel and other reasonable expenses will be reimbursed in line with our policy.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in PR, journalism, media outreach or communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
  • Confident crafting press materials and engaging with the media.
  • Proactive, reliable, and passionate about inclusive healthcare and community-ledwork.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and remotely as part of a mainly volunteerteam.
  • Previous charity sector experience is a plus.
