Setting up a new user account
When you want to create a volunteer profile on Reach, you first need to register a new user account. This takes only a few seconds, and will set your login details for future visits.
How do I create a new user account as a volunteer?
- Visit the ‘Register as a volunteer’ page.
- Enter your name and email address.
- Create a display name - this can be any handle or phrase you like, but remember it will show to organisations on your public profile.
- Click ‘Join’.
5 You should then receive an email to the email address you signed up with, with a one-time link to create your new password.
6. Click this link and complete the short form to finalise your account.
7. Once you submit this form, you will be able to log in to your new account.
On the dashboard inside your account, you’ll see a notification to ‘Complete your volunteer profile’. Follow this journey to complete your volunteer profile.
