Residents in West Oxfordshire particularly thiose living in Witney and Carterton.
Primarily users are those who don`t have access to a car. Most of these are pensioners and/or those with low income.
With minibuses operating on timetabled services WOCT brings them into the town centres to shop, socialise, visit the local hospital, bank etc.
Without our services many residents would be unable to access basic facilities and be isolated
