The Together Trust is a charity that offers care, support and special education to children, adults and families. Our services are based in North West England and the surrounding areas. We accept referrals from all over the UK.

This includes those with behavioural problems, learning difficulties, physical disabilities and autism spectrum conditions. Everyone has the ability and the right to experience joy, happiness and hope.
We do everything in our power to make that happen and we've been doing it since 1870. Together Trust continue to meet the needs of thousands of children, young people, adults and families in the North West and beyond.

Our not-for-profit services include a range of care, community and special education services for people with behavioural challenges, learning difficulties, physical disabilities, complex health needs and autism.
We also offer families and carers a wide range of training, consultancy and support to help people make choices and have control. We accept referrals from all over the UK, our services are based in the North West of England and the surrounding areas.
In addition to local authority funded places, our services can be purchased by families, carers, and service users over the age of 18 or their brokers via a direct payment, individual budget, individual service fund or personal/private funds.
