Soroptimist International (Croydon & District club) is a vibrant, dynamic and empowerment organisation for today’s professional women.
SI Croydon is committed to creating a world where women and girls achieve their individual and collective potential, realise aspirations and have an equal voice in creating strong and peaceful communities worldwide.
We work alongside our parent organisations Soroptimist International Great Britain & Ireland and Soroptimist International (which has a global remit) and our partners at United Nations to achieve gender equality and SI Croydon welcome women from all walks of life who wish to volunteer within a group to educate, empower and enable other women and girls.
Join our local club and make friends with like-minded women, have fun and work on projects to help improve the lives of others. We are a local volunteer led organisation who are part of a global movement striving to achieve gender equality. With a seat at the United Nations for gender equality we are an invested stakeholder and we support a number of causes and charities locally whether it's through volunteering, gifts in kind or fundraising.
