Objectives

Off The Record is a well-established and respected Charity, supporting  children and young people’s mental health and emotional wellbeing. Off the record has been supporting young people aged from 7-25 in Croydon, Sutton and Merton.

We support young people's mental health and emotional wellbeing through a number of services including counselling, a young people's counselling refugee project, on line counselling and support and a young carers project. We are increasingly reaching out into the local communities in innovative and creative ways in order to support young people impacted by street violence or gangs related activity.

We are a friendly and professional organisation which believes passionately in the right of vulnerable young people to have access to talking therapies and support.

Activities

  • We empower and enable young people to meet many of the challenges in life.
  • We create opportunities with skilled and experienced Practioners for children and young people to explore their thoughts, feelings, actions and choices.
  • We support young people through the main challenges in adolescence including moving into adulthood, starting and leaving school, leaving home, beginning employment etc
