Objectives

MMARAP is an organisation that uses the elements of mixed martial arts (mma) as a tool which is geared and empowered for the young people - the non disabled, Deaf/Blind and disabled. MMARAP helps and supports the young people to build their confidence when facing exams or interviews, overcome barriers/fears, learn self defence, combat obesity, depression, no to discrimination, meet new friends and plenty of fun. MMARAP also delivers Women only and adult sessions, as all our programmes are designed for the beneficiaries 

Activities

MMARAPs activities are karate, kick boxing, grappling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and meditation. Through these disciplines, MMARAP works on the young people's coordination's, cognitive thinking and mental health issues. MMARAP is passionate with working and improving the lives with the learning and physical impairment bodies This has proven to be a huge benefit for them and a great impact to their everyday life

MMARAP will be launching its deliverance in educational/employability programme later this year
