Activities

We provide an opportunity to meet people, a chance to catch up over tea or coffee, engage in group activity, take in the wonderful view or go on outings.

We have a supported bathing and hairdressing service as well as providing all transport

We aim to increase mobility through armchair exercise and mental agility and well being by engaging in games and activities that are designed to stimulate the mind and recapture memories.

Sharing a home cooked meal of local produce, is a great way to make the day an occasion, and the opportunity  to celebrate is never missed.
