We provide advice and information to over 4000 local people each year. Almost half of this is at specialist level. We hold hold the Specialist Quality Mark in debt, employment, housing and benefits and the General Quality Mark in all other areas. We pride ourselves on providing accurate advice that helps to transform people's lives. Stevenage is an area of considerable deprivation so our services are greatly needed.

The Bureau is a member of Citizens Advice and works closely with the other 9 Herts CAB. It is a progressive and outward looking Bureau with lots of ideas and projects as well as the core service.
