Time

Either in or out of office hours Estimate of time needed:
3-7 hours / week or 7-15 hours / week At least 1 full day or 2 half days Monday-Friday with some flexibility - can be fully remote with occasional in person meet ups

Answer calls from clients, gather relevant background information, then research the issue and relay the best options back to the clients. You will help clients to find solutions to their issues.

What will you be doing?

Finding, interpreting and communicating the relevant information and exploring options/implications so that the client can come to a decision
Acting, where necessary on behalf of clients, negotiating, drafting or writing letters, making 3-way calls or making appropriate referrals
Completing clear and accurate case records
Recognising the rot cause of problems and thinking of the whole picture - not just the presenting issue.

What are we looking for?

Commucation skills
Basic IT skills to be able to complete casenotes
Advice/legal experience
