Our objectives
No one should go without, but not everyone can reach a food bank. Where there is provision it can be fragmented and buried on websites that are hard to navigate. Requests for help can literally get buried by groups chats and feeds full of cat pictures. Some services will take information from service users via unsecured means like email, social media, instant messaging and it can be missed without ending up on a managed system.
Our activities
Our charity's app connects up as much support as possible so that people can make a simple request for help that goes to securely to organisations nearby and relevant to their needs. Where help like food delivery doesn't exist, we've set up our own volunteer groups to help.
