Two volunteers working together

Partner with us (old)

We believe that we achieve more together and partner with others who share our vision and values.

Working in partnerships with companies

We work with businesses to support their staff into trustee and volunteer roles that will make the most of their professional expertise.

This creates a triple win:

  • Professional and personal development for staff.
  • A unique learning and development programme with wider social impact for the business.
  • A valuable injection of skills and expertise for the charity.

From a corporate membership scheme to a board placement service, we tailor our service to fit your needs. Explore the range of options available.

Working with trusts and foundations

We can help your grantees secure the skills and expertise they need to build their operational capacity and strengthen their boards. In 2023 alone, we helped charities recruit 1,539 trustees and 29777 volunteers.

We also run specific programmes of support, tailored to your priorities. To find out more, please email [email protected].

We are proud to work with the Lloyds Bank Foundation as a Development Partner, helping their charity partners to strengthen their boards by recruiting great trustees.

Campaigns we support

Alongside our partners, we contribute to and promote campaigns that support our mission.

  • Charity Governance Awards: In partnership with NPC and Prospectus, we are proud to be part of the Charity Governance Awards. Organised by the Clothworkers’ Company, this annual event recognises charities achieving great governance.
  • Trustees' Week: A time to celebrate and value the work and achievements of nearly one million trustees from charities across the UK.
  • Volunteers' Week: Volunteers' Week is run by NCVO and celebrates the contribution and impact that volunteers make to their communities and good causes in the UK.
  • Small Charity Week: A campaign to celebrate and raise the profile of the small charity sector and the huge difference it makes to vulnerable communities across the UK and the rest of the world.
