Charity Mentors Kent and Medway is a charity set up in 2020 to provide FREE mentoring to charities and not-for-profit community organisations across Kent and Medway.
We help other charities and social organisations to tackle and resolve strategic management challenges. In other words, we enable organisations that do important social work in our community to be more resilient, productive and effective.
Our activities
Our Mentoring service from experienced leaders can focus on specific issues or general strategic direction. Our Mentors help other Charity and Not for Profit Leaders think through the issues and come up with their own conclusions and solutions.
