Our objectives
Careers Springboard is a registered charity, self-help group, established almost 35 years ago in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, staffed by volunteers, providing help and guidance to redundant and unemployed professionals and managers and to graduates who seek employment.
There is a programme of weekly online Zoom meetings on Monday evenings at 7.00pm on job search skills such as CV preparation, Internet job search, networking, Linkedin, interview preparation etc.
Joining Careers Springboard as a volunteer provides unique opportunities for those who wish to undertake activities which will benefit fellow job seekers and which will enhance a personal sense of achievement.
Our activities
Careers Springboard provides weekly Zoom presentations related directly to job search.
We also provide online Zoom one-to-one coaching and interview practice.
For those finding their job search situation particularly distressing and traumatic we provide professional counselling.
All services are free to Careers Springboard members. You can register to join us via our website.
