Events Tech Savvy Administrator

What will you be doing?

We are looking for a volunteer with excellent IT skills, specifically in the use of Mailchimp and Eventbrite software. 

Specific responsibilities include:

• Publishing Mail Chimp emails as required; 
• Working with SGT trustees, to help to populate and manage Eventbrite booking for events.

What are we looking for?

An enthusiastic new member of our busy team who will enjoy keeping the website organised and up to date to reflect our calendar of events and the work that we are doing. You will have either qualifications and/or experience in the following: 

• Digital platforms;
• Mailchimp communications;
• Eventbrite booking platform. 

If you have relevant experience in all or any of these areas we would very much like to hear from you. 

What difference will you make?

We have a full events programme and an enthusiastic team of volunteers coordinating logistics behind the scenes and on the day. We would like to expand this team with a volunteer who is familiar with Eventbrite and Mailchimp and who can help to run the administrative elements of event planning.
