What are we looking for?

Key responsibilities: 
Support the Board in shaping and overseeing income diversification strategy Offer strategic input on corporate engagement approach and positioning Leverage networks to open doors at senior corporate level Provide constructive challenge on Business Development performance, pipeline and ROI Ensure alignment between growth, values, and governance Monitor risk related to income concentration and sustainability Develop and manage a live business development pipeline Lead on corporate prospecting, engagement and relationship management Design and deliver corporate offers: volunteering, sponsorship packages, social value partnerships Support the leadership team on bid development and submissions Track and report on Business Development KPIs (conversion, income secured, pipeline value) Work closely with CEO and leadership team; to align developmental activities with delivery capacity
