Service support from Reach over the festive season
The Reach platform will be available as usual over the festive period but our service team will be taking a well-earned break between 5pm on Tuesday 23 December and 9am on Monday 5 January.
During this period, we won’t be available to approve new roles or profiles or provide our usual support services.
If you’d like your role or profile to be available on the platform during the Christmas break, please submit it for approval by 5pm on Thursday 18 December.
During the break, you can submit roles, profiles and requests for support in the normal way, but please be aware they will not be reviewed until after Monday 5 January.
