About me

I’m a people-first Learning and Development leader with over 10 years’ experience helping individuals, teams and organisations grow and perform at their best. I currently work as an Assistant Director at EY, where I design and deliver leadership and talent development programmes that support thousands of people to build skills, confidence and future-ready capabilities.

My career has consistently focused on developing others—whether that’s coaching leaders, supporting early careers talent, or building high-performing teams. I bring strong experience in leadership development, coaching, mentoring and organisational development, alongside a collaborative and practical approach to helping people navigate challenges and reach their potential.

Alongside my corporate role, I’ve been fortunate to work within the charity sector. I completed a secondment as an HR Business Partner for a charity, where I worked directly with the leadership team to strengthen leadership capability, define organisational values, and introduce key people practices such as performance management. This included coaching the leadership team and supporting them to build confidence, align as a team and create a positive organisational culture.

I’m particularly passionate about coaching and creating the space for people to reflect, develop self-awareness and unlock their potential. I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals and I’m motivated by seeing people grow in confidence and take meaningful steps forward in their careers.

What am I looking for?

I’m interested in volunteering in people-focussed roles where I can use my skills in coaching, leadership development and talent development to support individuals and teams. I’m open to a wide range of causes, but particularly motivated by opportunities where I can help people build confidence, develop their potential and create positive, sustainable impact within their organisations.
