About me

As well as being a specialist OR adviser/analyst to Governments, I am a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Internal Auditors. I have undertaken a wide range of assignments including: designing and implementing performance and impact measurement systems; reform of budgeting systems; strengthening governance and accountability; balance sheet restructuring as part of major strategic change; studies aimed at improving effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery of a range of bodies; impact appraisal and evaluation of social and economic programmes and policies.

I have worked as adviser for a number of charities and as a School Governor. I have also Chaired a body of professional specialists and undertaken editing for academic charity.
