About me

I have over 20 years' professional experience, mostly as a consultant in strategic business change and communications. My expertise is in developing and delivering programmes to engage employees in organisational change (such as new leadership, new processes, a shift in strategy, growth, downsizing, new technology or simply reinforcing the values and vision). As such, I have developed a number of key transferable skills, including: culture and behaviour change, strategy and planning, change project management and budgeting, key message and narrative development, stakeholder management, workshop development and facilitation, leadership coaching and skills development and people management/ team leadership. In essence, my passion lies in developing programmes to engage people in a change programme to ensure their support and drive the overall success of the initiative. Delivering clear, concise - sometimes difficult - messages, with integrity, honesty and authority is a crucial part of successful change and I have deep experience in helping senior leaders do this effectively.

I have been a Trustee on the Board of Outward Housing, a care and support charity for adults with learning difficulties, since 2014. I am a volunteer Counsellor at NSPCC Childline (since March 2022) and also volunteer at AVP Britain (Alternatives to Violence Project)
