About me

Senior Product Designer based in London with 6+ years of experience designing digital products used by millions of people. I currently lead work across payments, identity, and mobile experiences at giffgaff (Virgin Media O2), with a strong focus on research-led design, accessibility, and measurable impact.

I’m interested in volunteering my time to help charities and non-profits improve their digital experiences — whether that’s through website design, UX strategy, user research, accessibility improvements, or simplifying complex journeys for users. I care deeply about thoughtful, human-centred design and would love to support organisations creating meaningful social impact.

What am I looking for?

I’m looking to support charities and non-profits that need help improving their digital experience, website usability, accessibility, or overall user journey. I’d especially love to work with organisations creating meaningful social impact and help translate complex problems into clear, intuitive experiences for users.

I can support across UX/UI design, product thinking, user research, information architecture, mobile-first design, accessibility improvements, and design strategy. Open to both short-term projects and longer-term collaborations.
