About me

I am passionate about helping others and creating meaningful connections, especially when it comes to supporting vulnerable groups. With extensive experience in healthcare recruitment, I have had the privilege of helping organisations build teams that provide life-changing support and care. Recently, my role with Witherslack Group has allowed me to connect deeply with the mission of supporting children with special educational needs in education. Working with these exceptional young people has been profoundly rewarding, and it’s inspiring to know that every successful hire contributes to an environment where they can thrive.

In my career, I have honed key skills in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employer branding—abilities I believe can translate powerfully into volunteer work. From building inclusive recruitment strategies to developing nurturing environments, I am dedicated to making a positive impact. I am especially excited to volunteer because I see it as an opportunity to continue contributing to causes that resonate with me, particularly in supporting children and individuals who benefit from tailored educational and emotional support.

What am I looking for?

I am drawn to volunteer roles supporting children and young people, both in mainstream and special educational needs (SEN) settings. With a background in healthcare and education recruitment, I’m passionate about helping organisations find compassionate talent and build teams that make a difference. I’m excited to volunteer in roles where I can leverage my skills in recruitment, workforce planning, and community outreach to support causes focused on mental health, education, and social care—making a meaningful, long-term impact in people’s lives.
