About me
I am an experienced consultant specialising in large-scale technology delivery, transformation, and governance. Throughout my career, I have focused on helping organisations navigate complex changes and implement systems effectively, ensuring that strategic goals translate into practical, operational success.
My commitment to supporting the community is reflected in my volunteer work. I serve as a primary school governor, where I contribute to strategic oversight and educational standards, and I work with The King’s Trust to support and mentor young people.
Personally, I enjoy travel, reading, and good food. Having attended six different schools across three countries before university (spanning state, private, and grammar systems) and coming from an ethnic minority background, I have a deep, personal appreciation for diversity and the vital role that educational opportunities play. This varied upbringing has given me a broad perspective and a strong commitment to ensuring young people from all backgrounds have access to the right support and opportunities to thrive.
As a result, I am motivated by diverse, interesting challenges and new experiences, particularly those that use education and development to create better opportunities for young people. I want to volunteer as a trustee to apply my professional experience to a meaningful cause, while continuing to develop my own strategic and governance capabilities.
What am I looking for?
I am deeply invested in education, social mobility, and creating equal development opportunities for young people from all backgrounds. I am looking to take on a trustee or advisory role where I can combine my professional experience with my commitment to improving youth outcomes.
