The Strongtower Foundation

Charity
National - England

Our objectives

The Strongtower Foundation is a registered charity that runs a safehouse for victims of modern slavery and human trafficking aged 18 and over.

This is the first stage on a survivor's long and difficult journey towards rebuilding their lives. We help survivors recover their self-esteem, build their confidence and gain key skills vital for their future independence.

Our activities

We are more than just a safe house - we run a 12 month rehabilitation programme designed to give victims the tools they need to start over. We provide life-skills training, counselling, budgeting and financials awareness, employability skills and befriender scheme to help victims integrate into society and achieve real autonomy and freedom.

It is our desire to help women who have been trapped by the oppression and abuse of human trafficking to find wholeness, healing, and a sense of self-worth, while providing a safe place for them to grow, heal, and be free from the cruelty they have endured. In order to accomplish our goal, we have created a safe place for where they can begin a new season in life.
