Objectives

We support vulnerable women who have suffered domestic abuse or are vulnerable due to substance misuse by providing hope and the skills and resources to make positive life choices. We believe that no one should face these challenges alone and we provide a safe, non judgemental place where women can get support from practitioners and each other to move forward in their lives.

Activities

We offer 121 support around the below areas:

Emotional support - building self-esteem / confidence
