The core objective of the Branch is to provide animal welfare assistance to the National RSPCA frontline Inspectorate, whilst supporting our local community in all things animal related.
Since its conception in 1963 the Branch provides rehabilitation and a safe environment for animals that have suffered severe abuse or neglect whilst their owners are going through the judicial process. After successfully rehabilitating the animals, we find them new homes. Our annual rehoming efforts exceed 200 animals. Additionally, we organize corporate team-building days for small groups, where they collaborate on specific projects. Our volunteer program is tailored for individuals aged 18 and above, offering a serene and enriching work environment to acquire new skills across various domains.
In an exciting time for the Branch, we are now recruiting. You'll play a vital role in making sure that the Branch achieves its core purpose.
