Objectives

One Young World seeks to connect and empower young leaders through organizing the annual One Young World Summit - the preeminent global forum for young leaders aged 18 to 30. It attended by 1,300 delegates from over 190 countries. No youth dominated event represents as many countries outside the Olympics.

One Young World is a unique platform for young leaders to network with peers from every country and sector, sharing ideas to develop solutions to address urgent global issues. Unlike other events, the annual One Young World Summit gives delegates an opportunity to speak alongside global figures such as Kofi Annan, Sir Richard Branson, Sir Bob Geldof, Mary Robinson, Muhammad Yunus, Arianna Huffington, and many more.

Following the Summit, One Young World Ambassadors go on to deliver initiatives in their countries, communities and industries, often collaborating with one another to develop projects on a global scale.

Activities

In addition to the annual One Young World Summit, One Young World organizes a series of Expert Events which focus on specific themes such as the environment or sustainable finance. These allow young leaders to delve into issues they are passionate about alongside industry leaders and establish initiatives in order to solve the world's most pressing problems.

One Young World also manages our alumni network: there are over 7,500 One Young World Ambassadors around the world, all committed to making the world a better place.
