Objectives

We help children with Dyslexia and specific learning difficulties, and their parents. We run small group teaching sessions on Saturday mornings in Hereford and Worcester and on Friday evenings in Bromsgrove, and we run parent support groups in each location.Children with dyslexia  are struggling to find the right support and small group teaching in schools; it damages their confidence , inhibits their ability to achieve, and sets them up to fail. Our workshops support their learning, build confidence by working alongside others with the same difficulties and allows them to achieve their full potential. We have been helping children for over 45 years.

Activities

We run small group teaching sessions on Saturday mornings in Hereford and Worcester and on Friday evenings in Bromsgrove, for children from the age of 6 to 18. We also run parent support groups in each location. These include talks on topics of interest, ranging from ' how to help your child to read at home', to technology and devices that can help a child learn. We raise awareness of Dyslexia  by attending local community events, presentations, eg to local Rotary, and schools, and exhibiting at the national Dyslexia Show at the NEC.
