Bradford LGBTQ+ Strategic Partnership/Equity Partnership
Our objectives
Equity Partnership is a LGBTQ+ organisation providing safe space, Hate crime reporting, activities and groups for LGBTQ+ people of all ages in and around Bradford District, West Yorkshire.
Our activities
We provide space in our LGBTQ+ Community Centre for groups to meet. Some of the groups help particular members of our community to meet in safety and be themselves e.g. Asian men. Groups cater for young people and older lesbians and gay men.
We also host the only Christian Open Table group not based in a Church.
We also provide staff and volunteers to sit on various strategic bodies e.g. Hate Crime Scrutiny Panels to ensure the voice of LGBTQ+ people is heard in Bradford.
We work closely with other LGBTQ+ organisations to provide support, help and safety to LGBTQ+ people across Bradford and District.
