Objectives

Age Concern Stourbridge & Halesowen has been providing high-quality day care and an assortment of activities for the over 50’s in Dudley borough and the surrounding area since 1975.

Our aim is to offer practical support and care for the older generation, by providing services that help them to get out and about, meet friends, eat well, keep active, stay healthy and generally live life to the full.

We have  a day centre based in, Stourbridge, The Evergreen Club offers a friendly & warm environment where a number of activities such as quizzes, chair based exercises, laughter yoga, belly dancing and karaoke along with home cooked meals are the order of the day. Working in co-operation with Ring & Ride services we are fortunate to be able to offer door to door transport for our clients.

Our Elton drop in centre is based also in Stourbridge, where we have an Information & Advice office. The centre offers a host of activities for the more active client as well as a wonderful café open to all to enjoy. We can offer day trips & holidays for people looking to book a break but above all this centre gives you the opportunity to try new things and make new friends.

Age Concern Stourbridge & Halesowen is a registered charity that relies on donations and local fundraising events to be able continue with its work.
