Volunteer Cybersecurity/AI Architect MD

What will you be doing?

Role Purpose

As our Volunteer Cybersecurity & AI Education Programme Architect, you will lead the design and development of S.I.S.S C.I.C's Cybersecurity and AI Education Framework for young people aged 16–25 across Africa and Asia.

Working closely with the founders and volunteer teams, you will create a structured learning ecosystem that introduces participants to cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, digital safety, ethical hacking awareness, AI-assisted working, emerging technologies, and future career opportunities.

You will help build a programme that is accessible, engaging, industry-relevant, and capable of transforming lives by opening pathways into employment, entrepreneurship, volunteering, apprenticeships, higher education, and technology careers.

Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity Programme Design

• Design a comprehensive cybersecurity learning pathway for young people aged 16–25
• Develop beginner, intermediate, and advanced learning tracks
• Create practical and engaging programme structures suitable for online and in-person delivery
• Design project-based learning experiences that develop real-world skills
• Ensure content remains relevant to current and emerging cyber threats

AI & Emerging Technology Integration

• Design modules that teach young people how to use AI responsibly and effectively
• Integrate AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and future technologies into learning pathways
• Develop AI literacy and AI-assisted productivity programmes
• Introduce students to AI ethics, governance, safety, and future opportunities
• Ensure learners understand how AI and cybersecurity increasingly work together
