As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior HR & Volunteer Lead to help strengthen how we recruit, support and engage this community. This is suited to someone who can bring both strategic oversight and practical guidance to our people practices.

What will you be doing?

Leading and refining our volunteer recruitment approach. Developing and maintaining appropriate HR processes and policies. Supporting effective and welcoming onboarding practices and feedback. Advising on volunteer engagement, wellbeing and retention

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with senior-level experience in HR, people management or organisational development, ideally with an understanding of the not-for-profit or voluntary sector. Experience in developing or advising on inclusive HR and recruitment practices. The ability to balance structure with flexibility. Strong interpersonal and advisory skills, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
