We are looking for new Trustees to help guide and govern our organisation. If you are experienced in NHS management, lung cancer nursing, or have other relevant professional skills and a passion for healthcare, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Trustee, you will:

  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the charity.
  • Ensure LCNUK continues to meet its charitable objectives and support lung cancer nurses across the UK.
  • Use your skills and experience to strengthen the organisation’s governance and future development.

What are we looking for?

Essential:

  • Commitment to the aims and values of LCNUK.
  • Experience operating at a strategic level or working on committees.
  • Willingness to devote the necessary time and energy to the role.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to board discussions.

Desirable:

  • Experience in NHS management, clinical practice in lung cancer care, or relevant third sector work.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.
  • Previous experience as a trustee or within a governance role.
