Trustees (Fundraising and Finance) with Board Level Experience to join Out Of Class

What will you be doing?

Out Of Class provides Equine Assisted Therapy. We currently have projects running in special needs schools and in Milton Keynes Secure Training Centre. Also providing one-to-one therapy on site at a stables just outside of Milton Keynes. We are seeking two Trustees (one with track record in fundraising and another one from with the Finance background) to join our charity and support us at board level with the below key responsibilities:

• Safeguarding lead and/or charity treasurer
• Attend quarterly board meetings and monthly catch-ups
• Assist with annual fundraising event

Board-level experience is a must.

Experience with children, horses, finance and fundraising would be preferred but not essential.

What are we looking for?

Board-level experience. Knowledge of safeguarding and experience with children, horses, finance and fundraising would be preferred but not essential.

What difference will you make?

This is a vital role, helping ensure we can continue our support for disadvantaged children across the home counties. 

The role of Treasurer (Finance) is so important to keep us on track financially and viable.

The Treasurer (Fundraising) is the key in helping us secure required funds to grow and develop the charity
