Trustee

What will you be doing?

Reframe Coaching is looking for trustee's to support in the next stage of the charity's development.

A general background in strategy, governance, finance, HR, fundraising would be useful.

Previous experience as a trustee would be welcomed.

What are we looking for?

• A strong personal commitment to the charity's mission and values.
• Understanding of the governance and legal requirements of a charitable organisation.
• Experience of working in the community, the voluntary sector, or the public sector.
• Proven experience of leadership and strategic planning.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. 
• Respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive or confidential matters.
• Willingness to devote the necessary time and effort to the role.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team, using their own initiative when required.
• Willingness to attend training when required to keep up-to-date with governance and regulatory requirements.

What difference will you make?

As part of our board, you will support and shape our work and strategic direction, as well as help us achieve our purpose to support individuals who have been affected either directly or indirectly by a Gambling Addiction and/or Gambling Related Harm.

Our main plan over the coming years is to build and improve our infrastructure, both at the Board and Operational level.

Given the recent announcement of the Gambling Act White Paper, it is, therefore, both a challenging and an exciting time to join the Board, as we look to develop our fundraising capacity, continue to implement robust management systems, and help become an accessible and sustainable organisation.
