We are a charity that runs free programming workshops for minority group members all across the UK.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for software developers to help coach people learning to code at our workshops. If you have skills in HTML/CSS, JS, Ruby, or Python then please consider signing up.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for software developers with skills in HTML/CSS, JS, Ruby, or Python.
You tell us the programming language you can help with and we'll pair you with someone. The main qualities we expect from a coach is empathy and patience. Be supportive, and let them explore.
What difference will you make?
As a coach you will spend the 2 hour workshop paired 1:1 with a student and guide them through a tutorial, or a person project in the language you have told us you can help with.
