As a LGBTQIA+, anti-racist, anti-ableist and trans-inclusive organisation, Proud Changemakers strives to be an organisation that celebrates diversity, promotes inclusion, values different perspectives, and prioritises the well-being and growth of every individual. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds and diverse groups to apply and to be themselves when they get here - we don't want you to fit with us, we want you to bring your energy to the party.
