You do not need previous trustee experience.

We are looking for people who:

✔ Believe in inclusion and opportunity for young disabled people
✔ Can think strategically and constructively challenge
✔ Bring specialist skills, networks or lived experience
✔ Are collaborative and committed to making a difference

We are particularly keen to improve the diversity and representation of our Board and warmly welcome applications from people with lived experience of disability, underrepresented communities and those new to trustee roles.

What are we looking for?

We are particularly interested in hearing from people with expertise in:

💙 Fundraising & Income Generation

Can you help us grow sustainable income and strengthen relationships with funders, donors and partners?

We would welcome experience in:

• Corporate partnerships
• Philanthropy
• Trusts and foundations
• Strategic fundraising

⚖️ Legal & Governance

Can you help us remain strong, compliant and effective as we grow?

We are looking for people with expertise in:

• Charity law
• Governance
• Risk and compliance
• Board effectiveness

🤝 Commercial Partnerships

Can you help open doors and build strategic partnerships?

We would welcome experience in:

• Sponsorship
• Business development
• Corporate leadership
• Strategic growth

💻 Digital, Data & Cyber

Can you help strengthen our digital resilience?

Experience in:

• Cyber security
• Data governance / GDPR
• Digital systems
• Technology strategy

would be particularly valuable.
