TKBAR uses football to improve young people's confidence, wellbeing, skills, and opportunities. We're seeking a Programme & Operations Coordinator to help organise programmes, events, and systems so we can reach more children, grow girls' football, and increase our community impact.

What will you be doing?

Key responsibilities

  • Help plan football tournaments, community days, awards events, and festivals
  • Create simple event plans, timelines, checklists, and volunteer rotas
  • Coordinate venues, equipment, refreshments, and event logistics
  • Support communication with parents, teams, partners, and volunteers
  • Help ensure events are safe, welcoming, inclusive, and well organised
  • Support post-event feedback and basic reporting

What are we looking for?

  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Experience in project coordination, sports development, education, youth work, or community work
  • Confident using email, spreadsheets, calendars, and basic admin tools
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Understanding of grassroots football or community sport is desirable
