Looking recruiting an organised and proactive Project Manager to help coordinate the planning and delivery of carnival activities. The role involves overseeing project timelines,supporting event logistics, and ensuring key objectives are achieved.

What will you be doing?

The Project Manager will oversee the planning and coordination of Watford Carnival activities. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating volunteers and stakeholders, monitoring progress across different teams, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule. The role also involves supporting event logistics, identifying risks or challenges early, and working with the leadership team to ensure the successful delivery of the carnival.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an organised, reliable, and proactive individual with strong leadership and coordination skills. The ideal volunteer should have experience managing projects, events, or teams, with the ability to plan effectively, meet deadlines, and solve problems quickly. Good communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Experience in event planning, community projects, or volunteer coordination will be an advantage.
