IT Support and Development for Animal Rescue Charity

We are a fairly new UK registered Charity working in both Romania and the UK.  We've grown quickly and really need support with a number of IT type challenges in order to continue to grow successfully.  We run entirely on public donations.  All of our UK staff are volunteers.

What will you be doing?

Examples of the type of things that we need looking at and developing are:-

  • Combining our Brevo email list with our Supporters list in order to target potential donors
  • Identify new donors and create an automated video to thank them
  • Look at developing a CRM for donors
  • Support on Shelter Manager - a software product (ASM) that we have to control the animals that come in and out of the shelter and track vaccinations.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for somebody that has good communication skills with our non IT volunteers who come from all manner of backgrounds.

What difference will you make?

Work in this role will help us grow our charity and be able to support more dogs in Romania at our Sanctuary.  We are very much manually processing things at the moment. 

Before you apply

Experience in CRM, Wordpress and ideally Shelter Manager but not essential
