Family Life Coach

What will you be doing?

Come shine as our go-to Family Life Coach. You will be the spokesperson for Mogulettes global in any matters concerning Women, children and Family. You will provides support for parental alienated children, and help parents recover from basic domestic issues that’s not related to sexual abuse, or domestic violence.

What are we looking for?

We need a compassionate and dedicated Family Life Coach to support our women and their families in building healthier relationships, improve interaction, and navigate life challenges. As a family coach, you will empower Women, individuals and families to identify goals, develop action plans, and strengthen emotional well-being in a safe, non-judgmental way.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• You have a sense of purpose in relation to Faith-based ethos, ministry and family life.
• You are empathetic, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive towards others.
• Background in marital lifestyle coaching, social work, counselling, psychology, or family services.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and establish trust.
• Experience working with women/children, diverse families and individuals.
• Coaching certification or relevant training (preferred but not required).
• Basic knowledge of Women issues, youth dynamics and community resources and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching and Support:
  • Provide one-on-one or group coaching to families, Women, parents, or caregivers.
  • Assist Women/families in setting positive goals related to communication, parenting, routines, work-life balance, or conflict resolution.
• Program Delivery:
  • Facilitate workshops or support groups on topics such as parenting strategies, emotional resilience, women empowerment, financial wellness, or stress management.
  • Assist in creating and delivering coaching materials and resources tailored to family needs.
• Outreach and Community Engagement:
  • Help connect Women and families with community resources, and referral services.
  • Participate in outreach activities to promote our Family life" program and engage new participants.
• Monitoring and Documentation:
  • Maintain clear, concise records of coaching sessions and progress (as appropriate and in compliance with privacy policies).
  • Provide feedback to the MG team on client needs, and opportunities for program improvement.

• Sustainable Solutions - Contribute to lasting, scalable solutions by enhancing social lifestyle, women development, and promoting the importance of family life. Your work with women will Inspire Leadership, build Community and foster positive lifestyle amongst women, their spouses and families.
• Enhancing Visibility - Raise Mogulette Global’s profile, attract supporters, and strengthen its reputation in empowering women.
• Impacting Lives - Directly and indirectly improve women’s lives through domestic life training, self-empowerment sessions, that will help build their confidence.
