Experienced UX /UI Designer Volunteer

What will you be doing?

We are looking for someone with UX/UI design skills who could is passionate about using their design skill working on projects that bring about positive changes that affect people directly. We are a social enterprise, and all our projects are using technology to make a direct impact to the man on the street. We are looking to work on the following section of our platform: The volunteers and charity section of our platform as well as continuing the expansion project of CareDial technology in the health care, that benefits carers and care receivers.

We would work with someone who wants to see their work in a live environment and have the time to commit to doing the project.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone experience working with designing on Figma  or similar.

• Good at understanding users' needs and empathizing

• Experience with building scalable, intuitive, meaningful but also beautiful solutions.

• Experience with creating conceptual ideas and refining them into a useful and valuable product experience.

• A good experience of UX / UI principles for mobile app and web application.

• Experience of the user-targeted web site and web application 

• Critical thinking, concept development and good problem-solving approach

• A flair for illustrations and a good eye for aesthetics

• Strong working knowledge of and passion for interaction and user-centred experience design

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

• You will be working with the team of designs and developers based on the project that would be broken to task .

• You will be allocated on the section of the project. Your strength is  when it comes to mobile or web app UX/UI design. 

• Contribute to the project with ideas during catch meetings

With your experience and input, you will have the opportunity to direct the way users interact with our services on the platform. Your work will be in a live environment, making an impact on a local community. You will be assisting to get the services needed to support both carers and carer receivers in local communities.

Your role will help increase and champion a better way to manage health care services with the advancement and support of technology.
