What will you be doing?

The Donorfy CRM Assistant will support the effective use, maintenance and optimisation of the Donorfy CRM system.

The volunteer will help maintain and update supporter records within Donorfy, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. They will support regular data cleansing, validation and de-duplication, as well as manage imports and exports such as donations, event attendees and mailing lists.

The role will also involve supporting the setup and maintenance of campaigns, funds and activities within Donorfy. The volunteer will generate regular and ad-hoc reports covering donations, campaigns and supporter activity, and support dashboard creation and reporting optimisation.

They will assist with campaign setup and tracking, segment audiences for communications and campaigns, and support gift processing and reconciliation where required.

The volunteer will also act as first-line support for Donorfy users across the organisation, troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate where necessary. They will help identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and workflows.

A key part of the role is supporting GDPR-compliant data handling, maintaining audit trails, protecting data integrity and supporting data governance standards and policies.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a volunteer with experience using Donorfy CRM or a similar CRM system, with strong attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.

The ideal volunteer will be comfortable working with data and systems, and able to support CRM maintenance, data cleansing, imports, exports, segmentation and reporting. They should be proficient in Excel and have good organisational and time management skills.

They should also have strong communication skills, as the role includes supporting Donorfy users across the organisation and escalating basic system issues where necessary.

What difference will you make?

This role will help Supporting Humanity use Donorfy more effectively by improving the accuracy, completeness and reliability of supporter data.
