Help us build a member app in Jotform using AI to manage IDs, attendance, grading, seminars, championships, and curriculum tracking.

What will you be doing?

Qwan Ki Do is looking for a volunteer with digital skills to help us create a custom member app using Jotform and AI tools. We want to build a simple, well-organised system that supports our members and helps us manage the club more effectively.
The app should include member IDs, attendance tracking, grading records, seminar participation, championships tracking, and curriculum access. We want something practical and easy to use so that our team can keep accurate records and give members a clearer experience.
The volunteer will help us design and build the app structure, set up the forms and workflows, and make sure the different sections work together properly. Depending on their skills, they may also help improve the layout, automation, and user experience so the app is easy for both staff and members to use.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in app building, Jotform, automation, digital systems, or no-code tools. Experience with AI tools would be a big advantage. We are looking for someone who can turn our ideas into a working system that supports the day-to-day running and long-term development of the club.
By helping us build this app, the volunteer will play an important role in modernising the club, improving organisation, and supporting our growth.

What are we looking for?

Digital and IT.
•    Service design.
•    Project / programme management.
•    Research and analysis.
•    Communications and Marketing, if they help with user experience.
•    Management.
If available:
•    App development.
•    Systems development.
•    Workflow automation.
•    No-code tools.

What difference will you make?

This role would help our organisation by giving us a proper digital system to manage the club more efficiently and professionally. Instead of relying on separate paper records or scattered spreadsheets, we would have one clear app that supports the day-to-day running of the club.
It would help us keep better records of members, attendance, grading progress, seminar participation, championships, and curriculum. That means less admin, fewer mistakes, and more time to focus on teaching, supporting members, and growing the club.
It would also improve the experience for our members. A well-designed app can make it easier for people to stay organised, understand their progress, and feel more connected to the club. It would give us a more modern and structured way to communicate information and manage development.
In the long term, this role would strengthen the club behind the scenes and help us become more sustainable. It would support our growth, improve our professionalism, and create a system we can build on as more people join and our activities expand.
Most importantly, it would help us save time, work more smoothly, and provide a better service to our members and community.

Before you apply

We would especially like to see any experience with Jotform, AI tools, app building, automation, or digital systems.
After reviewing applications, we will contact shortlisted candidates for an informal chat, either online or in person depending on availability. We aim to respond promptly and move quickly once we find the right person.
If you can, please include a few examples of similar work you have done and a brief note on why you are interested in helping Qwan Ki Do build this system.
