The Care Dial, a multi-supportive healthcare platform, is seeking an experienced Digital Content Writer volunteer. This role involves taking ownership of the content direction, ensuring engaging and informative material across our channels.

What will you be doing?

As a start-up company with an ever-growing organisation, collaborating and connecting with our users and businesses in all manner of digital platforms is essential to our growth and exposure. We are looking for an individual with content writing and digital marketing experience.  Who will work with the Developer team to write all the content of the web application?

Focus responsibilities 

  • Build creative and engaging content that helps position CareDial in the marketplace as a platform for the Carers and Care Receivers 
  • SEO Strategy: Increase organic traffic to the website through effective SEO tactics.
  • Increase organic visit to the website through SEO tactics and proof reading existing pages of the platform 

  • Build Visual Content, that are released on social media channels 

     

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a committed volunteer with the following or any of the skills and experience.

 Essential Skills & Experience 

  • The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of content marketing; using data, competitive research and customer insights to create a messaging strategy and content that clearly articulates the benefits of products and services while driving key performance metrics 
  • Experience of content marketing, copywriting, digital marketing, or related agency experience 
  • Healthcare and pharmaceutical experience preferred 
  • Knowledge of digital content, including CRM, email, SEO, social media, transactional content, content marketing, mobile trends, and emerging technologies 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
