What difference will you make?
The charity supports the development of emotional intelligence skills (EQ) and wellbeing in children using short films and the transformative power of kindness to tackle the growing mental health crisis. Our Kindness in School Programme™ aims to embed 10 kindness values in children and young people to help them to build EQ skills. Higher emotional intelligence means an improved sense of well-being, and the ability to deal with deeper issues affecting mental health such as standing up to bullying, dealing with loneliness etc, all of which can start as early as primary school.
Embedding very early on a culture of kindness to oneself and mindfulness to others means children are taught essential life skills to draw on - today as children, tomorrow as adults.Through the delivery of experiential, fun learning experiences, we amplify the value of kindness and equip children with the tools needed to deal with challenges in the playground and build EQ skills that will hold them in good stead as young adults.
